How Many Watts is This!... 2 x 50 wrms @ 4ohm 2 x 100 wrms @ 2ohm 1 x 200 wrms @ 4ohm?
Wussup,Im about to buying some car audio and I need some help please! Ok naw, What im looking at is either 2 12" audiobahns with jus a lil 400 w amp (cuz I have a 2 year old and im not tryin ta make him go deaf) or 1 10 in. MTX 6000 or somethin like that? with a PPI amp ? that has these specs. 2 x 50 wrms @ 4ohm 2 x 100 wrms @ 2ohm 1 x 200 wrms @ 4ohm. So all in all its either alil too much or not enough.. HELP!!
First, Audiobahn is crap. Get Alpine, Diamond Audio, Kicker, something like that. That amp is good for some mids/highs, unless bridged. What is your budget, what vehicle, how much bass do you want? A pair of 12's is going to put out alot of bass. You would be better off getting a single 10" sub, with a single 4-ohm coil, running that PPI amp bridged.
