Subs Bandpass

What is the benefit of a bandpass sub box?
im putting a rockford fosgate punch stage one in my 2000 toyota tundra.
would there be any noticeable difference in a sealed, vented, ported or bandpass sub box in a truck box?
Bandpass boxes can be designed to give you a very good sound; but they can also be designed to trade bandwidth for volume. That means they can play a narrow frequency range very loudly. Many people who are looking for volume over sound quality choose bandpass boxes. Also, it's never a good idea to buy a pre-fab bandpass box and try to match it with a subwoofer; if you use a bandpass enclosure, it should be designed specifically for your sub.
