are crunch amplifiers cea compliant?

are crunch amps cea compliant. the way i see it they are.

they are also listed in the maxxsonics corporate site http://www.maxxsonics.com/corporate/
if you go to the crunch site maxxsonics is listed http://crunchusa.net/
maxxsonics is listed in the cea website and if you go to the maxxsonics site there is crunch, hifonics, mb quart,and autotek. i was told by the local car audio shop that all of these brands have the same internal parts, just put in a different case. so all of these amplifiers are made by maxxsonics if i am correct.
i know that sonicelectronics and related sites dont have a cea reting for these but why are they listed in the cea site

Crunch is the entry level brand from Maxxsonics, so they are not CEA compliant. HiFonics is their mid tier brand, which is not much better than Crunch. With the only difference in the amps, HiFonics amps are much better than Crunch amps, but are still not CEA compliant. MB Quart is their top tier brand. MB Quart is not CEA compliant anymore either. So anything from Maxxsonics is not going to be CEA compliant, which marks everything that Maxxsonics makes entry level. Which then translates into they need to come way down on their pricing on HiFonics and MB Quart since nothing is CEA compliant.
Their different amps do not have the same internal parts with different cases. Crunch is going to have the cheapiest parts that they can find inside, HiFonics will not be as cheap, and MB Quart is going to have decent parts inside. Autotek is going to have much better parts on the inside than their other names. About half of the items from the name of Autotek is CEA compliant though. That is the ony reason that Maxxsonics is listed on the cea com pliancy page.
