You'd be happiest going with either the Pheonix Gold or the Kenwood. The MTX would have enough power, but if your sub can really handle 800w RMS, I'd personally want to be able to push it to its limit. I'd personally go with the Kenwood, only because I've had good experience with Kenwood. I think you'd be happy with either though.
